Included Activities

Each day begins with morning yoga, journaling prompts, and a buffet breakfast.

Activities include a walking tour of Girona’s famous medieval quarter (see where Game of Thrones was filmed!), cooking classes, photography workshop, a wine/Cava tasting, visit to famed seaside village of Cadaquez, entrance to Dali museum.

Evenings wind down with meditation before dinner.
