Escape to Spain’s Costa Brava for a transformative culinary & cultural yoga retreat. Touted as the Tuscany of Spain, and one of Europe’s hotspots per Conde Nast Traveler, you will discover the history, cuisine, wine, and beautiful nature nestled between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean coast. Start each day with yoga, ignite your creativity with journal prompts, a cooking class, a visit to the Salvador Dali museum, strolling medieval villages, and an olive oil-and-wine tasting at a stunning winery boasting architectural awards. Ideal for solo travelers, friend trips, and couples.

“It was such friendly group to be with and Natalie made everyone feel so welcome as did all the Spanish people who were part of our experiences. I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone that wants to relax in nature, feel more in tune with their own body and feelings yet still wants to be inspired by new locations each day and have the wonderful pleasure of delicious local food and wine with lovely people!.”

Many of the other people on retreat are there as solo travelers. In fact, you may get the most out of this experience if you come on your own! Everything is taken care of for you during your time with us - yoga, meals, excursions - so you don’t have to make decisions or worry about pleasing anyone else. You can book a shared room with one fellow solo traveler, or book your own room for an extra fee.
